The summary
In the given course project the account of the single-stage cylindrical toothed reduction gearbox is represented. The choice of the electric motor is carried out, proceeding from a potency on an output to the shaft of a drive, frequency of rotation of the target shaft and designed efficiency, choice of a material of toothed sprockets, is determined supposed contact voltages and flexural, the main parameters of transfer, preliminary diameters of shaft, choice of bearings are determined, the target shaft of the reduction gearbox and of junction settles up on strength and endurance, the resource of bearings is determined.
