The nursering business is based on answering on peoples demands in defense of health, respect to life, to the rights and dignity of the man. Nurse is a very active person who improves her professional, psychological and emotional qualities. The modern model of nursering business reflects several changings in organization, structure and problems of the nursering business. In 1985 the International Congress of Nurses described the scientific aspects of nursering business and widespread of knowledge in care of patients. The president of this congress Virginia Hander named the main personal qualities of the nurse, which are divided into:

Moral (compassions, dedication, honest, politeness, optimism, modesty, courage, sense of duty,

responsibility, honour, humour, self-respect etc.)

Accuracy, tidiness, making comfort for patients;

Intellectual(professional education observation, cleverness);

The modern model of the nursering business is a science and practice directed t the health of every patient. Nurse is a person who professionally and actively participates in solving all problems of the nursering business. Nursering is a job, which is made by the nurse according to her functional duties.

There are some qualificational standards which the nurse must fulfill. They are:

v care of the patient independently;

v prepare patient for the different investigations;

v help the doctor during examination the patient;

v fulfill all the doctors prescriptions;

v defend the patients rights and support the patient;
