Preparation of passenger seats -
| Pay attention to the following instructions:
- Return the backrest of your seats to its upright position and fold up all tables;
- Remove neckties and loosen shirt collars;
- (Put on your jackets and overcoats);
- Remove all objects which may cause injury such as ball point pens, eye glasses, contact lenses, dentures.
Put these objects in your hand luggage (between seat cushions).
Place your hand luggage under the seat in front of you.
Those items which dont fit under the seat must be placed in the overhead stowage bin.
For your safety, leave your hand luggage on board.
For ditching:
Remove your shoes and stow them under the seat in front of you
For women:
Remove high-heeled shoes and stow them under the seat in front of you

Emergency exits
| We will now point our emergency exits.

For ditching -
Life vests -
| Take your life vest.
Economy class: It is under your seat.
Business class: It is in the centre armrest.
Remove it from the package.
Put on your life vest over your head. Place the strap around your waist. Fasten the buckle. Pull the belt tightly.
Inflate your life vest at the exit shortly before leaving the aircraft. Do not inflate it inside!
To inflate your life vest pull the red tabs.
If necessary blow the red tubes.

Safety position (Bracing position) -
| For the emergency landing (ditching) you must take a bracing position. We will now demonstrate it to you.
When you hear the command Safety position, I repeat Safety position (or Brace! Brace!)
1 row:
1 variant - Place your head on your knees.
Cross your arms under your knees and hold tightly.
Hold your knees together, but keep your feet apart.
2 variant - Place your head on your knees.
Cross your arms and protect your head.
Hold your knees together, but keep your feet apart.
Should there not be enough room to take this position, push the backrest of the seat in front of you forward.
Fold your arms, place them on the backrest of the seat in front of you and press your forehead firmly against your arms. Keep feet apart.
We will explain the safety position for children to you personally:
(for adult with child)
1. Hold your child in your arms.
2. Do not fasten him.
For pregnant women:
Fasten your seat belt under your belly.
Exercise safety position once.
We will probablyexperience several impacts upon landing. Remain in the bracing position until we give you further instructions.
