The present work represents scientific research of a theme The Disciplinary responsibility in labour relations as a kind of legal responsibility. The analysis of the literature available for today, the international documents, statutory acts of the Russian Federation and judiciary practice has allowed to open most thoroughly this theme and to display a number of problems and specificity of this legal institute.
The choice of the present theme is defined by requirement of increase of a stimulating role of legal institute of a disciplinary responsibility for modern conditions and substantiations of the new legal mechanisms, allowing to provide real influence of disciplinary sanctions on positive behaviour of workers in system of legal means of improvement of quality of work.
