My name is Svetlana. I was born and I live in the city of Yelets. I am 30 years old now. In 2009 I graduated from economics department in Voronezh State University. At present I work as a finance director in firm that sells construction materials. In the course of work I constantly face the questions connected with the legislation - it is an execution of contracts with the arriving buyers, relations with state workers and state bodies and other organizations. Thus i decided to study law at Law department of Yelets State university to become a competent specialist in the field of law. It will help me with my work and increase my knowledge in Russian legislation.

At present I am a first year student of Elets State Institute of Law and Economy. And I hope to pass my examinations successfully and get my diploma. Why did I choose this specialty? I need knowledge of laws in my job. For two years I have been working as company director which deals with estate cadaster. My first higher education diploma is in land management and it greatly helps me in my job. But it is not enough now. I need to know laws as mostly in my work I am engaged in the study of land legislature. My job is not the only reason I need competence in law. The knowledge of law helps to defend both my rights in every aspect of life and the rights of those who are close and dear to me.

 

В настоящее время я являюсь студенткой 1 курса института экономики и права Елецкого государственного университета. И я надеюсь, что успешно сдав экзамены, смогу получить диплом юриста. Почему я выбрала именно эту специальность? Знания в юриспруденции нужны мне в моей профессии. Уже 2 года я являюсь директором фирмы, которая занимается кадастром недвижимости. Моё первое высшее образование – землеустройство и мне это очень помогает в работе. Но в настоящее время этого стало недостаточно. Мне нужны юридические знания, т.к. большую часть моей работы занимает изучение земельного законодательства.

My name is Dobrynina Anastasia. I am twenty eight years old and I work in restaurant business. I would like to develop my skills in this field and grow professionally. The reason I chose the jurisprudence among other specialties is that it will increase my knowledge and help me to gain success in my activity.

The jurisprudence combines several law-related specialties – judge, prosecutor, solicitor, investigator, notary, legal adviser. Many lawyers are engaged in politics, scientific and teaching activities. Thus, professional skills of a lawyer are also used in specialized bodies – judicial, law enforcement, legal services and other common management and economic bodies.

Besides, many certified lawyers are engaged in the activities which are formally can be beyond this field. But by being just a lawyer and having competence and skills, connections, the manner to resolve problems can be very useful here. More often certified lawyers work in such fields of activities as trade, banking and insurance, management of legal entities i.e. Joint stock companies, Open joint stock companies, state administration.

Меня зовут Добрынина Анастасия, мне 28 лет. Я работаю в ресторанном бизнесе. Мне бы хотелось развиваться в этой сфере и профессионально расти. Я выбрала именно юриспруденцию из множества сфер отраслей науки, потому что именно она дает наибольший объем знаний, которые помогут мне добиться успеха в моей деятельности.

Специальность «юриспруденция» объединяет несколько юридических профессий. Это судья, прокурор, адвокат, следователь, нотариус, юрисконсульт. Значительное число юристов занимается политикой, научной и преподавательской деятельностью. Таким образом, профессиональные возможности юриста распространяются на специализированные структуры, т.е. судебные, правоохранительные органы, структуры юридических услуг, а также на общие управленческие и хозяйственные структуры.

При этом многие юристы, сохраняя звание юриста по образованию, занимаются деятельностью, которая юридической формально может и не считаться. Но сама подготовка юристов, круг их знаний и навыков, связи, манера решения проблем оказываются здесь очень полезными. Наиболее часто юристы по образованию работают в таких сферах общей деятельности: торговля; банковское и страховое дело; управление юридическими лицами, т.е. акционерными обществами, обществами с ограниченной ответственностью; государственная администрация.

Сейчас довольно основательно расширились возможности юриста найти интересную работу в различных сферах деятельности.

My name is Nataliya. I have been living in Elets since my childhood and like this town very much. The reason I chose this profession is that my skills in the future will help all the people who need it. Legal education will increase my knowledge and understanding of laws, rights and basic human freedoms, esthetic and legal duties. By knowing laws I can protect myself, my family and all those who are close to me. Besides, the skills of lawyer are in strong demand in any organization and company cannot be imagined without it. I hope to get a better job in my future.
