Annotation: Nowadays companies address the tactics of crowdsourcing. This phenomenon is a powerful tool which is used for achieving an effective social interaction with consumers. It can bring not only financial benefits, but a support for the organization as well. Crowdsourcing transfers the production of goods and service to a new stage, to a new era in which more than one billion people communicate and interact through the Internet.
