Modern standards of maintenance of open distributed information systems involve the use of a process approach in the organization of all aspects of operation, including training and staff development and maintenance services. A feature of the process of training the staff of public service operation of distributed information systems, operating on ITIL-model is the ability to replenish the educational content of modern good practice (experience) the work of the service in real time.
