As the result of the empirical and theoretical research it is shown that moral-inconsistent attitudes to money (an estimation of money simultaneously both as good and as evil) and close connection of the notion of the money and ethical categories are typical for modern Russian mentality. Psychological characteristics are given to empirically allocated personal types of a moral estimation of money.
