Psychological mechanisms of Personality Behavior under the unemployment conditions

Unemployment overcoming mechanism is revealed through relationships of primary and procedural motivational, reflexive, socionets personality traits with the results of overcoming. Concrete psychological and sociodemographic variables through which unemployment overcoming mechanisms are realized were determined in the empiric study. The overcoming mechanism dynamics are revealed. Questionnaire "Self-organization in unemployment situation" has been designed.
