Comparative analysis of proclaimed and latent values, predisposition to social norms and regulations violation of ethnical migrants Caucasians by origin and natives of Saratov region is given. Correlation between value orientation and inclination for deviant behavior is shown. Values content that predispose to deviant behavior or restrain it in the specific socio-economic conditions were empirically revealed.
