The results of testing sportsmen on conflictness and cohesion conditioned by task as well as the data of experimental research on optimization of these indices are presented. An individual program, based on gestalt principles used was in the research. 78 subjects have taken part in this study. The results support the hypothesis concerning reduction of conflictness and optimization of team cohesion by using the special program.
