There is presented a model of motivational sphere of a personality based on the principles of nonlinear thinking. It describes temporal and spatial characteristics of development, quantum transitions and multilevel hierarchical subsystems of a functional space. Motivational sphere is analyzed as an open self-organizing system. Its quality is determined with elements and evolutionary multilevel structure. At each level the complexity of elementary motivational formations increases as well as system's dimension, too. The constructing of motivational structure is related to semantic interpretations of subject's interactions with environment in different temporal intervals corresponding to certain type of spaces.

Key words: motive, motivational sphere of a personality, needs, model, motive's structure and development, synergetic, self-organization.
