. N. Lebedeva, Post-graduate of the chair of psychology, the same University

The research of psychological stability of the personal constructs system (J. Kelly) in the period of adulthood was made. Its stable "nucleus" containing "superordinate" and "subordinate" constructs with high rank of resistance was found. The superordinate constructs with low level of resistance (imagunative values) migrating to the "group of subordinate constructs" were also found and subordinate constructs with high level of resistance tending to determine themselves as the "group of superordinate constructs" (situative motives of high life value), too. The dynamics of personal constructs was fixed which contributes the system's flexibility and indicates its psychological stability.

Key words: psychological stability, personal constructs, superordinate and subordinate constructs, Kelly's repertoire grid, Hinckle's implicative grid, false values, situative motives.
